As a member of our IT team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and optimization of our SAP Business ByDesign system.

Your responsibilities

  • Administering users and security roles in the SAP Business ByDesign system
  • Creating workflows for approvals and assigning work distributions for processes/approvals
  • Performing mass data changes and data cleansing
  • Configuring the GUI and system
  • Forwarding and managing incidents to external service providers
  • Monitoring processes and ensuring data consistency in cooperation with external service providers
  • Interface to various departments and stakeholders
  • Provision of 1st / 2nd level support
  • Maintenance of forms in different countries and departments (order management, accounting, purchasing)
  • Output management for different document types

Your skills

  • Completed training or studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Certification in SAP Business ByDesign is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
  • Independent working style and high level of commitment
