Your task

As an SAP Solution Architect / Solution Designer (m/f/d) you will work on national and international pre-sales projects. The range of tasks is diverse and includes the following points:

• Analysis of customer requirements and development of corresponding SAP solution designs and concepts for S/4HANA transformation, ERP and Cloud ERP migrations, application management services, etc.
• Creation, evaluation/calculation and description of the developed solution combined with the presentation and representation of the solution to the customer
• Close international cooperation with the T-Systems Deal Factory in India and other international units
• Support of the project team in the initialization phase (transition from offer to project team), e.g. in the context of contract readings
• Feedback from projects and tenders to continuously expand and improve our T-Systems SAP solution blueprints

your profile

You…

• have 10 or more years of experience in SAP consulting, preferably in PreSales or as an SAP Solution Architect
• are able to plan SAP projects based on tenders and customer interaction, create solution concepts and offers and evaluate the effort and also have experience in quality assurance and optimisation of these calculations
• build on a broad, generalist know-how in the SAP suite – ideally for the public target group – and have already actively supported an S/4HANA transformation
• Ideally, you have good and basic knowledge of administrative processes – especially finance or human resources – at public administration clients and ideally experience in implementing IT projects and know the basic rules of the game in procurement procedures
• work independently, but see the whole thing as a team sport and are able to lead mixed teams across company boundaries
• are interested in and enjoy working in an international context and are fluent in written and spoken English and German
• are enthusiastic about innovations, customer-oriented and also put tried and tested methods to the test
• can present your results in a target group-appropriate manner, even at CxO level

Your team and department

You are part of a team of value consultants, solution architects and solution designers. You act at the interface between the customer, SAP sales and the actual SAP delivery. It is important to understand the customer’s requirements in relation to their S/4HANA transformation and to translate them into a corresponding offer. Your goal is to understand the customer and their requirements in advance of the actual implementation project, to develop and calculate an offer, to convince them personally and to win the project! You can also be on the move, either as part of a mixed team during the tender or directly to the customer to present the offer.
