Tasks

• Active support in developing process and problem solutions for users in the HR area
• Active advice to specialist departments regarding application possibilities
• Collaboration in the implementation of the developed solutions (customizing, programming, etc.)
• Creation of test scenarios, technical documentation and training materials
• Project management activities
• Coordination of external consultants and trainers
• Ensuring system stability (log monitoring, error analysis and troubleshooting, etc.)

• A university of applied sciences degree with a focus on IT or corresponding IT training and intensive professional experience in the SAP environment
• Very good knowledge of the SAP HCM application and several years of experience in supporting this application

• Good knowledge of HR processes and systems
