What you’ll do

Summary

We are looking for a Service Associate/Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team and contribute to our success. As part of the SAP Mailroom, Warehouse & Shipping team, your role will involve ensuring that materials and goods are consistently available in the right place and at the right time.

The Role

The key tasks would include:

Opening, sorting and distributing incoming parcels and mail
Picking according to delivery and order bills and quality control of the goods to be shipped
Professional packaging of parcels and postage stamping
Scanning and archiving documents

What you bring

Trained warehouse logistics specialist or warehouse clerk
Good communication and networking skills
Team player with the ability to take responsibility proactively and work independently
Fluent in German is a must, English is a plus
Self-motivated and results-driven
Solid knowledge of Office 365
Experience in working with SAP ERP systems is a plus
Valid forklift license is a plus
