The Senior SAP Security Administrator will play a vital role in safeguarding the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our SAP systems. This role involves designing and implementing robust security measures, handling SAP roles, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Responsibilities include implementing SAP authorization concepts for both on-premises systems (ECC, GTS, XI, SLT, Solman) and S/4 HANA, as well as new SAP Cloud solutions, to support daily operations. The role also involves developing solutions to secure custom transactions, tables, and programs, handling large and complex projects with multiple rollouts, conducting security design workshops, and collaborating with business process and organizational change management teams. Additionally, the position requires designing security for reporting and analytics solutions (SAP Business Objects, SAP Cloud Analytics, BW/4HANA, Tableau, Power BI), maintaining SAP security documentation, delivering SAP ECC and S/4 HANA security implementations and assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Collaboration with Information Security, Internal / External Audit, Compliance, Engineering, and Project teams to continually advance SAP security is critical.

Required:
10+ years of experience with SAP Security.
Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation projects in SAP S/4 HANA security
5+ years of experience in designing, configuring and implementing SAP GRC Access and Process controls
5+ years of experience in building and updating Segregation of Duties (SOD) ruleset, configuring ruleset in SAP GRC and performing SOD risk analysis at user and role level
5+ year of experience in industry standards and regulations related to information security and data protection (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX, CCPA, PCI).
3+ year of experience in designing, building and deploying HANA database security
2+ years of experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying role with S/4 and Fiori.
2+ year of experience in project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
1+ year of experience in identify vulnerabilities, quantify cyber risks as they relate to the deal and handle mitigation or remediation.

Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in computer or information technology.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA is desired.
Knowledge/experience in SAP identity and access governance (IAG).
Exceptional written and interpretation skills.
Knowledge/experience in cloud security and cloud migrations.
Knowledge/experience in SQL and scripting languages..
Knowledge/experience in data archiving, protection tools and techniques.
Knowledge/experience in identity access management tools.
Understand leading practices as it relates to SAP Security, and provide recommendations on security role design and implementation.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $108,600 — $217,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
