Are you an SAP professional who is looking to drive system improvements at a company whose brands are known the world over? At Hasbro, we’ve implemented a global S/4HANA system, and we have an opportunity available for a Sr. Functional Analyst who has experience with the SAP Materials, Inventory Management and Logistics Execution modules to join our team! This role will be responsible for working on the analysis, design, build, and testing of the system development process and coordination of User Acceptance Testing. The Sr. Configuration Analyst will deliver required configuration as generated from Enhancement Requests and participate in projects. They will bring knowledge of departmental procedures and standards, as well as various technologies applied by the department, specifically following a Systems Development Lifecycle. This is a great opportunity to work on innovative projects as we build out our ‘Direct to Consumer’ and ‘Business to Business’ applications across the globe!
This is a hybrid role and is a combination remote and onsite (2 – 3 days per week) in our Pawtucket, RI office.
A day in the life as a Sr. Functional Analyst – SAP MM/LE:
Under the general direction of a Manager in the Global Applications Department within Information Technology, you will focus on:
- Work on projects impacting the systems used by the Purchasing, Logistics and Warehousing departments at Hasbro. While this is predominantly SAP this could also include other systems.
- Analyze client requests and design solutions based on stated requirements.
- Facilitate during design sessions and lead Business Modeling efforts.
- Act as project leader on small to medium projects.
- Write programming specifications, in accordance with departmental standards.
- Lead configuration and testing efforts.
- Update procedures, operation instructions, and any other documentation impacted by programming changes.
- Work with Consultants to deliver designed solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Business teams when necessary to establish future needs and assist in road mapping exercises.
- Participate on department committees/teams within the IT department to develop various procedures/policies.
What you’ll bring:
- 3-7 years systems configuration experience with SAP MM and LE modules.
- Understanding of fundamental and advanced concepts of SAP systems development including core ECC (ERP) with a focus on Materials and Inventory Management and Logistics Execution, including Warehouse Management. S/4 HANA knowledge would be beneficial.
- Good knowledge of Order to Cash business processes.
- Expertise with the following areas in SAP MM/LE; Purchase Reqs, Purchase Orders/STO processing, including Release Strategies configuration, Delivery and Shipment Processing, and Warehouse Management concepts.
- Familiarity with other SAP modules preferred, specifically Finance and SD.
- Preferred experience with 3PL Warehousing, Transportation Management Systems, and Freight Payment concepts.
- Ability to lead a team of functional and technical consultants.
- Experience with integrating with other systems via standard SAP integration techniques such as IDoc and ALE.
- Bachelorโs degree preferred.
Compensation Range, Currency USD:
- Starting Pay Range: $93,600
- Pay Range End: $156,800
