Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
Compensation: $75,000 – $80,0000 + Benefits including PTO, Medical, 401K, Paid Holidays
Position Overview:
On-Target is seeking a SAP Quality Control Coordinator who is eager to apply their industry knowledge and skills to training and developing a workforce of logistics professional.
The ideal candidate is a SME with both technical and frontline experience that enjoys training and developing others. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to train across various skill levels of the workforce.
Essential Functions:
- Design and develop comprehensive training material for various aspects of logistics operations
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to enhance logistics staff skills and performance
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in logistics training to ensure training content is up-to-date and relevant
- Create and edit standard operating procedures, workflow diagrams, quick reference, user and learning guides by conducting in-depth interviews with subject matter experts, managers and/or associates and observation
- Project manages initiatives across multiple environments
Minimum Qualifications:
- Industrial Engineer or Supply Chain Management Degree or equivalent 3-5 years of work experience in Logistics or related fields
- Advance SAP Knowledge (Subject Matter Expert), especially Warehouse Management Systems
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, including forklift certified
Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs in the logistics industry
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate team members
Ability to communicate effectively; both verbal and written
Strong analytical skills to assess training need and measure impact of training initiatives
