Your impact:

As a (junior) consultant (m/f/d), you are a career changer who will kick off your career in consulting. Take your first steps alongside our established SAP experts and learn how to exploit your full potential.

• Diversity: Together with our SAP experts, you will gradually assume comprehensive responsibility for SAP operations and system support and maintenance as well as customizing with a focus on SAP Public Sector.
• Interface: You act as a contact point between the department, IT and the internal team.
• Further development: You will also support us in optimizing future-oriented services, products and solutions for our customers in national and international environments.
• Freedom to shape things: With the expertise you have gained, you will drive the further development of our extensive services, products and solutions together with the SAP team.
• Best practice: Work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile and modern working environment with the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and thus create real added value.

Your skillset:

• Completion of training or studies or former officer of the German Armed Forces
• Initial experience (2-5 years) in areas of in-house consulting or the public sector such as the budget and finance department as well as in the use of SAP solutions (e.g. as SAP key user)
• Great interest and willingness to learn about technology, processes and SAP as well as a good understanding of business administration and processes in the public sector or controlling
• Enjoy solving complex challenges and want to work in project teams for customers
• Very good written and spoken German and English and a high willingness to travel
