Your focus

• Deputy Head of Process Excellence
• Project management for the transformation to S4/HANA in the corporate network
• Participation in the development of the interface between local and central process management organization
• Responsible for the definition, implementation and progress monitoring of the digitalization strategy with a focus on value-added/production-related processes, in coordination with all key interfaces in the company
• Responsibility for the optimization, further development and standardization of existing business processes in the company
• Support in setting up and establishing a Business Process Manager organization in cooperation with all specialist departments, which drives the implementation of process improvements and system functionalities including the presentation of measurable success
• Stakeholder management
• Organisation and implementation of tests after IT system changes
• Organisation and implementation of regular meetings with the aim of knowledge transfer and the further development of local key use

What you should bring with you

• several years of professional experience and very good process management knowledge (preferably in the SAP area) in the areas of
• Production and supply chain, MES system (Manufacturing Execution System) and the associated logistic processes
• Experience in managing an SAP implementation project (experience in the introduction or migration of SAP S4/HANA is desirable)
• Experience in the analysis, presentation and optimization of processes and the ability to communicate and implement the results independently and purposefully, even in the context of a project team
• Ability to prepare complex technical issues in a decision-making manner and to make recommendations on them
• Moderation skills and presentation skills at management level
• Fluent German and business-fluent English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel moderately
