Your focus

• Deputy Head of Process Excellence
• Project management for the transformation to S4/HANA
• Participation in the development of the interface between local and central process management organization
• Responsible for the definition, implementation and progress monitoring of the digitalization strategy with a focus on value-added/production-related processes, in coordination with all key interfaces in the company
• Responsibility for the optimization, further development and standardization of existing business processes in the company
• Support in setting up and establishing a Business Process Manager organization in cooperation with all specialist departments, which drives the implementation of process improvements and system functionalities including the presentation of measurable success
• Stakeholder management
• Organisation and implementation of tests after IT system changes
• Organisation and implementation of regular meetings with the aim of knowledge transfer and further development of local key users

What you should bring with you

• Completed training or studies in the field of (business) information technology, engineering or economics
• In-depth knowledge of the SAP standard (across modules)
• Proven consulting and/or project management experience in the area of ​​SAP S/4 HANA
• Know-how about various logistics modules (SD, MM, WM, QM etc.)
• Very good implementation and customizing knowledge
• Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, solution orientation
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
