What you do your best for.

• Leadership and continuous development of an international team
• Supporting the SAP platform department in managing operational processes
• Coordination of cross-team solutions for incidents or requests
• Monitoring and reporting of SLA compliance in incident management for SAP platform services
• Regular cooperation with vendor coordinators, vendor management and support of improvement measures

your profile

What you should bring with you.

• Several years of management and/or project experience in the context of data & analytics and operational processes
• Practical experience as a developer, solution designer or operations engineer
• Experience in dealing with ITIL processes
• Assertiveness, commitment, team spirit, ability to recognize patterns in recurring problems and initiate structural solutions
• very good knowledge of English
