Job Purpose
Responsible for being the SME for the SAP Fieldglass Vendor Management System across all of HDMA and AHM. This associate will be the main point of contact for operational SAP Fieldglass questions and will manage relationships between Talent Acquisition, Manpower Controllers, Department Leads, Contingent Agencies, HR Technology, Fieldglass Representatives and Hiring managers. This associate will form business process in junction with SAP Fieldglass functionality to meet business needs and maximize the return on Fieldglass investment.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP FieldGlass operations providing guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders. Ensure cross- functional compliance across Honda and itβs subsidiaries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify areas for optimization, and implement best practices. Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to educate users on procedures and functionality impacting the external workforce. Collobrate with stakeholders to initiate change manage by partnering with HRT to implent changes within Fieldglass system, testing changes and measure results.
- Lead Professional Contingent Suppliers including contract interpretation and revisions/addendums, providing direction to suppliers, tracking & reporting on KPIβs, reporting weekly plan vs. actual contingent delivery for responsible areas, countermeasure development/deployment, Purchase Order Management (invoice approvals, Limit evaluations, etc.) periodic data analysis and ad hoc reporting.
- Knows and understands Hondaβs business structure (roles and responsibilities) to ensure effective communication with key stakeholders (HDMA, AHM, etc.)
- Continual PDCA on contignent labor program effectiveness, monitor and ensure compliance of key program details and proposals for improvements
- Key Contributor in vendor reviews (QBRs) and RFPs as a subject matter expert
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor Degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 Years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of overall HR functions
- HR experience and knowledge desired
- Ability to rotate PDCA effectively and efficiently
- Ability to support projects from inception to conclusion
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) including the ability to create a βstoryβ and persuasively present
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of HR systems
