Job Duties:

Involve in studying the AS-IS Process, Project Preparation, Re-Scoping from initial scope of work, Blueprint Preparation and Realization activities. Perform GAP analysis. Evaluate the significance of internal control gaps according to the risk it poses to the organization. Support production environment by working on incidents and service tickets, worked on enhancements and defects. Configure SAP as needed to address the business requirements. Working with End to End (O2C) components dealing with contract and sales order management. Create Functional Specifications and perform end to end testing for various business scenarios. Working with the Z document types as per requirement, maintain document ranges for all document types. Setting up payment methods and APP configuration, testing open items on customer end. Work on customizing Z customer statements for prepay and non-prepay. Customize Reason Code Conversion Versions & Map External Reason Codes. Work under supervision. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/IS/Engineering (any)/Business or closely related field with Twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or Developer or related field.

Experience:

Experience of Twelve (12) months working with SAP ECC, S4 HANA is required. Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within USA. International travel is not required. The frequency of travel is currently not known as it depends on the client and project requirement that cannot be currently anticipated. Employer provides Information technology services to various clients in USA and hence implementing projects will require such travel.
