HR-Com GmbH is an IT consulting company based in Nuremberg that specializes in SAP® HCM and SAP® SuccessFactors. The focus is on our services in the areas of consulting, application management and payroll services.

Since our founding in 2000, we have firmly positioned ourselves in the SAP® HCM market and see ourselves as a long-term sparring partner for our customers. We offer them first-class service and a variety of individually tailored, innovative solutions.

HR-Com is an owner-managed company with almost 50 employees. We are currently looking for colleagues who will support us with a willingness to perform, goal orientation and pragmatism to realize customer wishes in the best possible way.


Your tasks with us

  • Ensuring smooth operation of our customers’ SAP® HCM solutions as well as continuous optimization, further development and support
  • Introduce, create and maintain authorization concepts
  • Project collaboration in implementation, migration and release changes in the HCM environment
  • Work in a highly motivated team with a lot of passion, technical know-how and humor


You bring this knowledge with you

  • Practical experience in application/consulting with SAP® HCM
  • Knowledge preferably in the modules PA, PY, PT and/or specifically in personnel cost planning and OM
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources processes and methods
  • Ideally experience in process optimization with ESS / MSS or with (structural / context-sensitive) authorization concepts
  • Pragmatism, customer orientation, solution-oriented approach and strong communication skills
