Overview:We are now looking for a

SAP Business Analyst (m/f/d)Permanent full-time position (35-40 hours per week).Bruker 

EAS GmbH is the world’s leading manufacturer of superconductors. Our materials are used in superconducting magnets for a wide range of applications in medical technology, analytics, fusion research and high-energy physics. The main area of ​​application for our products in the industrial sector is in the coil system of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners. Bruker EAS is part of the BEST (Bruker Energy and Superconductors Technology) division of the globally active Bruker Group.As part of the SAP Center of Excellence, you will report to the Head of IT and work with process owners, key users, PMO and SAP consultants to define business requirements for SAP, develop solutions and ensure the successful implementation of changes. In doing so, you will acquire in-depth knowledge of the business processes and help to transform and standardize processes across locations.Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • You continuously optimize our business processes, designing and harmonizing the SAP process landscape
  • You analyze business requirements and develop solutions with specifications and process maps as reference points
  • You will be actively involved in the creation of detailed requirements documents, comparison with business processes and the evaluation of solution concepts
  • You take a holistic view of business processes and their dependencies (interfaces, integrations and data) in the SAP area as well as the associated applications to ensure a successful transformation
  • To optimize processes, you will acquire in-depth expertise in a variety of business processes, including sales, logistics, quality and production controlling
  • You conduct workshops and interviews, act as contact persons, and thereby record and define business requirements
  • You support the planning and implementation of projects (e.g. S/4 HANA) and ensure a successful implementation
  • As the main contact between the specialist departments (key users and process owners) and technical stakeholders (consultants, developers), you are responsible for communication and coordination
  • You support and contribute to the continuous promotion of the SAP Key User Organization

Qualifications:

  • You have completed a degree in (business) information technology, industrial engineering, economics or a comparable qualification
  • You have experience and knowledge in requirements analysis as well as the coordination and implementation of SAP changes, preferably in a manufacturing company
  • You have already gained practical experience in adapting and supporting new or existing processes in SAP R/3, ECC and/or S/4
  • You have good knowledge of configuration and further knowledge of system design of integrated modules such as MM, QM, PP, WM is an advantage
  • You successfully apply project and change management methods
  • Your willingness to analyse problems within the FICO, MM, PP and SD modules in collaboration with key users sets you apart
  • You have a strong analytical and structured way of working and a quick grasp of things
  • You have strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team as well as a sense of responsibility and self-motivation
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
  • You are open to occasional, project-dependent travel between Germany and the USA
