You no longer want to travel or be on site with the customer for longer periods of time? Do you prefer to work on manageable and compact task packages to project work? Then you have found the right job! This position can be carried out full-time or part-time. The activities are carried out locally at the Eschborn location, although remote work is also possible.

profile

• You have completed a degree in (business) information technology, (business) mathematics, business administration, economics, physics, engineering
• You have several years of professional experience, including at least three years in the consulting or support business, ideally with financial service providers
• You have experience in the implementation of tasks as a developer or IT architect and you have sound knowledge of object-oriented programming (possibly initial experience in SAP HANA)
• Business knowledge is desirable
• You enjoy dealing with customers
• Working in dynamic teams and enjoying new tasks are what sets you apart
• You are committed and assertive in implementing new tasks while taking customer needs into account.

Tasks

• Acceptance of requests (tickets) and troubleshooting of faults in the customer’s SAP productive operation as part of the 2nd level support for the core banking applications (e.g. FI, BP, CML, BCA, TRM)
• Analysis of problem areas and support of customers in solving problems. You advise users and are the first point of contact for all SAP support questions
• Inclusion of customer-specific change or new requirements, including through workshops or coordination meetings and creation of IT concepts as a basis for implementation in SAP
• Conception and implementation of requirements in the core banking area, e.g. when introducing new banking products, new regulatory requirements or issues relating to accounting
• Implementation of reports, applications and interfaces for individual customer needs
• Topic and customer responsibility in the SAP environment up to taking responsibility for okadis products
• Supporting our project teams in implementing new solutions and developing SAP HANA transformation roadmaps
• Management and controlling of customer inquiries
