The Role:
Hands on techno-functional analyst focusing on the Plant Maintenance module of SAP S/4 HANA. Additional responsibilities include support of SAP Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S).
This role will be responsible for providing technical and functional support, assisting and educating end-users, troubleshooting issues, and configuring the system as needed to ensure smooth operations. Alignment to SAP best practices is critical to drive value and reduce risk. As such being able to communicate clearly, influence outcomes and steer direction in the use of the system, is important to be successful. This role will serve as a consultant to key business stakeholders and project teams within the PM domain. They should possess proficient competency in SAP PM including work orders, functional locations/equipment, maintenance plans, etc. Additional experience and knowledge in integrating field work management solutions is preferred. An ideal candidate would also have experience working within IT teams in the industry sectors of Utilities and/or Oil and Gas. Day to Day:
Serves as technical and functional consultant providing guidance to business partners and contributing technical teams within SAP S/4 PM.
Stays “current” on SAP solutions via continual education through formal and informal outlets such as training, user groups, blogs and technical literature.
Makes recommendations on use of SAP PM to best address business requirements.
Possesses a deep understanding of the end-to-end maintenance and support of SAP PM. Provides input into incident triage and resolution.
Works in alignment with agile mindset and values, working off user stories within an agile scrum team.
Competencies
SAP PM; functional use, configuration, available extensions through badi/user exit, etc.
Experience in field work management solutions such as Clevest, SAP Asset Manager, Clik, etc
SAP change management process; ChaRM, transports, table maintenance, etc
Some development competencies in areas such as ABAP, CDS views, etc is desired.
Work with internal teams to guide them through requirements analysis, application and/or process design specifications and design workshops. Come on your first day with:
Required
Minimum 3 years SAP EAM/PM consulting or industry experience
Minimum 3 years’ working in software engineering delivering IT solutions
Additional years’ experience required for level 3.
Desired
3 years’ experience working with DevOps practices
3 years’ experience working in Utilities industry, with experience working with Field Operations
SAP EHS knowledge
Familiarity with Azure DevOps
S/4 HANA experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, related field or equivalent training and/or experience.

Base salary range: $83,850.00 – $119,450.00 (Level 2) or $93,100.00 – $132,650.00 (Level 2) per year, depending on qualifications
Annual Target Incentive: Level 2 , 9.5% target
Level 3, 9.5% target
Targets are calculated using eligible earnings during plan year participation. Payout, if earned, is based on company and individual performance for each plan year and may range from 0% – 200% of target. Targets are subject to change in subsequent plan years. Must be employed by September 30 in order to receive any prorated payout.
